An inviting living area with a gas fireplace and natural wood beam ceilings is the perfect place for relaxation. While the large chef’s kitchen and connecting dining room are an absolute culinary paradise, granting gatherings around home cooked delicacies. A first-floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom sits to the west of the home, complimented by beautiful tile and a walk-in closet. Additions to the first floor include an oversized laundry/utility room and a half bath. Ascending to the second floor, either by a lit staircase or elevator, is a large media room ideal for movies and gaming, complete with a wet bar. Along the naturally lit hallway are two guest suites both with private adjoining bathrooms. The second floor also consists of a playful bunk room with two queen over queen bunks, two twin over twin bunks and a private bath. At the end of the hall rests yet another suite with a private balcony and spa-like bathroom accented with exquisite light fixtures and double vanities. This is the perfect location to enjoy refreshments or hors ’d’oeuvres as the sun dips behind the horizon and the sky turns hypnotizing hues of pink, orange and purple.
