▵ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
▵ Hot Tub/Pool:
- Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
- Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
- No drinking in the hot tub, please.
- Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we’re in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
- Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
Pool Heating Fee and information:
Our pool features a cover that keeps the water comfortably warm during the summer months, so heating isn’t necessary at that time of year. If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive.
For those who’d like the pool heated, we offer the option at $400 for the first day and $300 for each additional day. Please note that due to the size of the pool, it requires significant energy to heat, and during winter months, the temperature may not exceed 84°F (27°C) even with heating.
