Space The accommodation is unique thanks to its magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and Nice from its beautiful corner terrace. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated by an architect using high-quality materials, it has been designed for maximum comfort. Every room offers a view of the sea. With a total surface area of 75m², it offers an extremely pleasant living space for two people. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a desk. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the kitchen, which opens onto the living room, has been custom-designed and is fully equipped and integrated. You will appreciate the play of light when the sun sets. Located on the 4th floor, it offers an exceptional view that you will never tire of. The residence has a beautiful swimming pool (open until the end of September) and a wooded park. Parking spaces inside the residence are available. The apartment is equipped with fiber optic internet. Access You will have private access to the apartment. It is very easy to pick up and drop off your car at the airport, and parking spaces are available at the residence.
