Smokin Buck is a newly built cabin in the heart of Hochatown, and nearly half of it is porch: 2,000 square feet across two levels, wrapped around 1,800 square feet of open-concept living. Start the morning out on the deck with coffee. Afternoons go to yard games out back, where the lot stays private. At night, light the outdoor fireplace and the fire pit, sink into the hot tub, then finish inside by the indoor fireplace. Three bedrooms, and plenty of porch for everyone. Smokin Buck is a newly built cabin in Hochatown with modern finishes, an indoor fireplace and plenty of places to lounge. It has 1,800 square feet of open-concept living space and 2,000 square feet of porches across two levels. Outside are a hot tub, an outdoor fireplace, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, outdoor dining and yard games, on a large lot with privacy to the back. Three bedrooms, a king and two queens, sleep the group, and paved road frontage makes it easy to reach Hochatown’s attractions, restaurants and entertainment. There is also a fire pit and yard games, and the large lot offers privacy to the back. -Living Area- The open-concept living space has high-end finishes, an indoor fireplace with fireplace guards, plenty of lounge seating, a TV, indoor games and board games. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are available. -Kitchen and Dining- The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker, with cookware, dinnerware and wine glasses. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area are on the deck. -Bedrooms and Bathrooms- Smokin Buck has three bedrooms: one with a king bed and two with queen beds. A washer and dryer are available. -Surrounding Area- Smokin Buck is in the heart of Hochatown, among the area’s attractions, restaurants and entertainment. The entire house and property are yours to enjoy! A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed. -Pool and Hot Tub Service- We have weekly hot tub cleanings, and this day may fall during your stay. Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it has been serviced, as chemical levels are higher than usual for a short time. -Pet Policy- We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed. We are unable to accommodate cats because of the owner’s severe allergy. -Security Camera- There are no security cameras at this property. -Pet Rules- Pets must be house-trained and flea-free, may not be left unattended unless crated, and are not allowed on furniture or beds unless you bring protective covers. Please clean up after your pets, including outdoors, avoid persistent barking, and make sure pets do not disturb wildlife or neighbors. Pet-related damage, odors or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges. -Check-in and Check-out- Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and our cleaning schedule. -Late Check-out- Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter. -Check-out Tasks- Before you leave, please wash any dirty dishes or load and start the dishwasher, place used towels on the bathroom floor, leave used beds unmade, turn off all lights, check for personal items, and lock all doors and windows. No other cleaning or trash removal is required unless noted elsewhere in this listing. -Lost and Found- Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address. -Quiet Hours- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep voices and music at a respectful level outdoors at all times, and turn off all music, including portable and vehicle audio, during quiet hours. Guests are responsible for any noise fines, and a minimum $1000 fine applies to any noise citation. -Smoking- Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes and cannabis, is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking must be at least 20 feet from doors and windows, and all smoking materials must be fully put out and thrown away. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in smoke-removal charges and a $1000 fee. -Visitors- Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at or visit the property unless we approve it in advance, and the total number of people on the property may not exceed the listing’s maximum occupancy. Please message us before inviting any visitors. -Parking- Please park only in the driveway or other designated parking areas on the property. Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines. -Restricted Areas- Any locked closet, room or storage area on the property is reserved for rental supplies and is off limits to guests. Guests may be held responsible for damage or missing items if a locked area is entered. -Hot Tub Care- Please shower before using the hot tub, and do not add bath products, oils or bubble bath to the water. Glass is not permitted in or near the water, and pets are not allowed in it. Please keep covers in place whenever the water is not in use. Please avoid using the hot tub right after it has been serviced, while chemical levels are temporarily higher. Misuse that requires extra cleaning, draining or reheating will be charged to the guest, and leaving a cover off may result in a servicing fee of at least $100. -Photoshoots and Events- Unauthorized events, weddings, receptions, parties, or commercial use—including photography, videography, advertising, or media projects—are strictly prohibited unless the Host has granted prior written approval and required fees paid and/or permits pulled. Any unauthorized commercial activity or use of the property’s name, address, images, or likeness may result in a penalty of up to $10,000, in addition to any damages or losses incurred, and will result in the immediate termination of the Guest’s reservation without refund. -Cell Service- Cell phone coverage in the area may be limited or unavailable depending on your carrier. Wi-Fi is available at the property. -Damage Waiver Policy- Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
