PET FEE We do allow dogs for non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner’s severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! Pets must be house-trained and flea-free prior to arrival. Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless safely crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including outdoor areas. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless guests bring their own protective covers. Excessive noise, including persistent barking, must be avoided to respect neighbors and quiet hours. Any pet-related damages, odors, or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges. Guests must ensure pets do not disturb wildlife or neighboring properties. You will have full access to the property and the private backyard during your stay. ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address * Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee ◦ Pet Fee is $95 * We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner’s severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! * Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
