Reached by a dirt road, it feels secluded while staying 15 minutes from Joshua Tree. Swim in the private pool, stretch out on the deck and lounge chairs, then sink into the hot tub as the desert opens up in front of you. The stargazing dome is the place to be after dark, and the canvas tent adds another spot to relax outdoors. A propane fire pit, macrame swing chair, outdoor dining table and BBQ gas grill make it easy to spend the whole evening outside, from sunset through a sky full of stars. -Living Area- The living room has a bohemian flair that is both stylish and soothing, with plush cushions and desert views. The custom sofa can be used as a single bed for a fourth guest, and unique art throughout gives the home its character. -Kitchen and Dining- The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, from coffee in the morning to a hearty breakfast before a day out or dinner as the sun sets. The induction stove only activates when a pot or pan is placed on top. The indoor dining table seats four, and the outdoor dining table is there for meals and morning coffee with a view. The BBQ gas grill handles dinner outside. -Bedrooms and Bathrooms- The bedroom has a king bed with a view, premium linens and a quiet, restful feel for the end of each day. A fourth guest can sleep on the custom sofa in the living room, which works as a single bed. The bathroom is stocked with the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, and hotel slippers are provided. -Surrounding Area- La Noche is 15 minutes from Joshua Tree Village, with its shops, galleries and local restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park for hiking, climbing and scenic drives. Flamingo Heights dining and Pioneertown’s live music are within easy reach. The dirt-road setting keeps the house secluded, so the nights are dark and the stars are bright. The entire house and property are yours to enjoy! The trailer on the property is used for storage only; please do not enter it. A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed. The property is accessed via a dirt road. Many roads in the area are dirt or unpaved, so please drive slowly and carefully. A four-wheel drive vehicle is not required; however, roads may have ruts or uneven surfaces, particularly after rainfall. -Pool Heating Fee- Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival, as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you’d like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours’ notice to heat the pool. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please message us for the current rate before requesting. During the winter months, please be aware that colder outdoor temperatures may cause the pool to feel cooler than its maintained temperature of 85°F. We kindly ask that you ensure this temperature meets your comfort level before submitting a request, as refunds cannot be issued on this basis. -Pool and Hot Tub Service- The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week. Service takes about 10 minutes and is performed in the outdoor area only. -Pet Policy- We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $1000. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed. -Local Experiences- We’ve handpicked an incredible selection of local vendors to enhance your Joshua Tree stay, offering a mix of relaxation, adventure, and everything in between. Many services can come directly to the house, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable stay! -Wildlife & Safety- The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it’s important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert. -Security Camera- For your security, there are exterior cameras on the property, which monitor vehicles and occupancy. There are no cameras inside the home or facing any private areas, including the pool and hot tub areas. -Good to Know- The tent zipper should always be fully closed when you leave the property, to keep sand out and avoid wind damage. The grill and fire pit both run on propane. A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available on request. -Hot Tub Care- Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it has been serviced, as chemical levels are higher than usual for a short time. Please rinse off oils and lotions before entering, keep the cover on when not in use, and no drinking in the hot tub, please. Any misuse may result in an additional maintenance charge. -Cats- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner’s severe allergy. We appreciate your understanding! -Check-in and Check-out- Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and our cleaning schedule. -Late Check-out- Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter. -Check-out Tasks- Before you leave, please wash any dirty dishes or load and start the dishwasher, place used towels on the bathroom floor, leave used beds unmade, turn off all lights, check for personal items, and lock all doors and windows. No other cleaning or trash removal is required unless noted elsewhere in this listing. -Lost and Found- Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address. -Quiet Hours- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep voices and music at a respectful level outdoors at all times, and turn off all music, including portable and vehicle audio, during quiet hours. Guests are responsible for any noise fines, and a minimum $1000 fine applies to any noise citation. -Smoking- Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes and cannabis, is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking must be at least 20 feet from doors and windows, and all smoking materials must be fully put out and thrown away. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in smoke-removal charges and a $1000 fee. -Visitors- Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at or visit the property unless we approve it in advance, and the total number of people on the property may not exceed the listing’s maximum occupancy. Please message us before inviting any visitors. -Parking- Please park only in the driveway or other designated parking areas on the property. Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines. -Restricted Areas- Any locked closet, room or storage area on the property is reserved for rental supplies and is off limits to guests. Guests may be held responsible for damage or missing items if a locked area is entered. -Photoshoots and Events- Events, parties, weddings, photoshoots, filming and other commercial use of the property are not permitted without our written approval in advance. If you would like to use the home for a photoshoot or production, please message us before booking, as additional fees apply. Unauthorized commercial activity may result in a penalty of up to $10,000 and termination of the reservation without refund. -Cell Service- Cell phone coverage in the area may be limited or unavailable depending on your carrier.
