Our prime location places you amid natural wonders, cultural gems, and adventures waiting to be uncovered. The house is accessed via a dirt road, which adds to the secluded charm of the location. Be sure to check our guidebook for curated recommendations to help you make the most of your stay. ◈ S A F E T Y ◈ - Smoke alarm - Carbon monoxide alarm - Fire extinguisher - First aid kit Guest access ✦ Please make yourself at home with access to the entire OTA property. Other things to note ✦ The trailer on the property is just a storage please do not enter. ✦ Dogs ♡ Your dog is welcome and there is a one-time fee of $100 per pet, Please add your dog to the reservation. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals, please. ✦ Our pool and spa maintenance services are twice a week. It takes about 10 minutes to service and will be performed in the outdoor area only. ✦ Pack n Play and high chair provided upon request The property is accessed via a dirt road, which adds to the secluded charm of the location. ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads in the area are dirt/unpaved. Please drive slowly and carefully. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is not required; however, roads may have ruts or uneven surfaces, particularly after rainfall. - Induction stove: Only activates when a pot or pan is placed on top. - Tent: Always keep the zipper fully closed when leaving the property to prevent sand from getting in and to avoid wind damage. - We offer hotel slippers that you may use while at our home - Grill & fireplace: Both run on propane. ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address * Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we’re in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance. Pets Pets are allowed at the property fee per pet $100. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner’s severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. License number: CESTRP-2023-01415
