We are a 1-minute walk from both Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio, in a prime location, perfect for enjoying the centre of Florence on foot. The flat has just been renovated and can accommodate up to 4 adults. Entering the flat we find on one side the large bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. On the other side is a second bathroom (also with shower), the dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped designer kitchen with induction hob. A large sliding door separates the kitchen from the spacious living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 persons. The large sliding door allows the living room to be completely separated from the other rooms, giving it all the privacy of a real second bedroom with a dedicated bathroom equipped with every comfort. In addition, the sofa bed is very comfortable and can easily accommodate 2 adults.
There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. This laundry area is shared with the flat opposite and is located on the landing.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 adults, ideal for a family and couples of friends.
