In the Sunrise Park neighborhood, Orange Crush is just a short drive to Downtown Palm Springs, offering fine dining, shopping, art and culture; as well as being convenient to many local Desert City attractions.
The primary suite features a king sized bed, sitting area with full size couch, armchair and mid-century desk, flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The suite also offers direct access to the pool patio via sliding glass doors as well as an en suite bath and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and step-in shower.
The second bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV a private shower/tub combo. The bedroom also has access to the patio with a seating area.
The third bedroom offers a queen sized bed with armoire and dresser. This room will use the shared hall bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. This room also has access to the patio with a seating area.
Anchored by the large rectangular ozone pool with integrated spa and tanning shelf, the outdoor spaces feature an outdoor dining room with custom pergola with sliding shade, gas barbeque, fire-pit and abundant chaise lounges, sitting areas and free standing umbrellas. The newest feature to the backyard paradise is a built in bar. This is sure to be the space where guests will spend the most time, enjoying the stunning mountain views and warm Palm Springs sunshine!
