Designed for privacy with space to entertain, Eagle Cottage is an ideal retreat for a family or group of friends. The 3-bedroom home is part of Cedar Crest Cottages, a historic vacation retreat nestled on forested grounds with filtered lake and mountain views.

Tastefully designed with hardwood floors and ambient light, the two-level home easily accommodates up to 5 guests with a spacious primary suite on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. Combined with neighboring Cedar Crest Cottages, this spacious home is also an ideal “home base” for groups.
The living area, located on the main level, centers around a two-way fireplace with an impressive floor-to-ceiling stone mantel. On one side, a large-screen TV; on the other, a 10-seat dining table allows for large family dinners. Three stools at the breakfast bar add a “kids’ table.”
The galley kitchen is fully equipped to serve groups, complete with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Outside, a sweeping private deck with stone flooring overlooks the surrounding forest.

The second upstairs bedroom, similar to the first, has hardwood floors, a wall-paneled TV and a wall of picture windows. The view from this room is of the forest.
Upstairs guests share a luxurious full bath with a deep tub shower. A separate powder room on the main level adds convenience. Eagle Cottage also has a private washer and dryer to keep ski clothes toasty and bathing suits dry for each new day of adventure.
As a guest of Cedar Crest Cottages, you’ll enjoy access to the community BBQ grill and oversized fire pit with filtered lake and mountain views. In the summer, stroll to the beach across the street for swimming, sailing and boating on the lake, or hike through the surrounding mountains. In the winter, drive less than two minutes to the family-friendly Homewood Mountain Resort, or just 25 minutes to the varied terrain of Olympic Valley. The restaurants, shops and entertainment of Tahoe City are just 10 minutes away.
With flexible accommodations, space to entertain, and a convenient location in the heart of Tahoe’s year-round recreation, Eagle Cottage is an ideal place to host family gatherings or small reunions of friends.
