Magical mountain home! This new 4 bedroom home, completed in July 2018, sits nestled above Carrier Park with sweeping, panoramic views of the mountains and the French Broad River. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway. Enjoy an easy stroll to Asheville Adventure Park where you can rent tubes and kayaks for a spectacular ride on the river. Only a short drive or Uber ride to downtown, the house is a wonderful retreat furnished in a contemporary decor. Sleeps up to 14 people. There are three king beds, four twin beds set up in bunk bed fashion, one pull out full-size couch and one inflatable queen size air bed. Golden slumbers ensured with top of the line Saatva mattresses in each bed. Unique headboards are from Desert Metal Design. Wood finishes from local NC hardwoods. There are three large screen smart Tv’s with Netflix , DirecTV, HBO and an audiophile grade stereo. -Contemporary art on each floor from notable artists including Gabriel Lehman and Claudio Luchina. -Board games , an Xbox, a table tennis table and a foosball table, workout equipment along with an Apple home pod for portable music. -Nespresso coffee maker and provide coffee supplies including 30 capsules. Good books, games, puzzles, great seating - you may not want to leave home! You may use the tennis racquets in the closet as long as you are careful to return them without damage. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby. Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance. Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
