DETAILS: Nestledown, (formerly Lakeside Vista) is a ski-in/ski-out 5-bedroom, 7 bath luxury home located at the Spanish Peaks Mountain Club. The cabin boasts spectacular mountain views, exceptional outdoor space, and a private hot tub. Impeccably decorated, this three-level home is ideal for large groups and families.
Enter through the main level of the home, featuring an open-plan living area with ample windows, revealing unmatched views. The spacious living room features chic updated décor, a large comfortable couch, several armchairs, and TV with Sonos Surround entertainment. The stone-stacked gas-burning fireplace is the ideal spot to gather around after a cold day on the slopes. Avid cooks will relish in creating gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen, with its granite counter-tops, and chef’s grade oven and range top. Feast at the breakfast bar with seating for three, or at the six-seat dining table located adjacent to the kitchen. Guests may choose to enjoy the outdoor dining area complete with a wood burning fireplace.
At the end of a busy day outdoors, guests can get some rest in one of five well-appointed bedrooms. The main level of the home features the king-sized primary suite with en-suite bath, soaker tub and separate shower, as well as a wet bar, TV, and private deck. There is a second king-sized bedroom on the main floor, with an en-suite bath, with soaker tub and shower, TV, and a gas burning fireplace. The main level also includes access the third level complete with an office space, and queen size bedroom with full bath.
On the lower-level guests will find a light-filled den complete with a full-size sectional couch with pullout. This is a perfect second entertaining space including wet bar, TV, and gas burning fireplace. Guest can access the patio and hot tub from this room. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground level. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms with tub and shower, and access to private patios with outdoor seating, as well as TVs.
