Southfork Retreat is a single-family home with enormous cozy-cabin character and spacious living quarters. As you enter the main level of this two-story mountain getaway, you’ll enjoy the sun-filled living room with picturesque views that frame the natural beauty of Big Sky. With two love seats and an oversized armchair, this living room is the perfect place to gather together. Sit around the wood-burning fireplace on a cold winter day or snuggle up and watch television with friends and family for a relaxing night. The well-lit dining room flows seamlessly into the vibrant kitchen for an open-concept common area. With green and wood accents, the farmhouse-style kitchen will have you eager to make your first meal on the gas oven stove. Modern appliances and plenty of counter space make this kitchen a dream to host large gatherings. Enjoy breakfast on the eat-in island with four stools or play games on the large dining room table that seats eight guests. There is also a second family room in the loft space outside the fourth bedroom. This space includes a sectional sofa, two armchairs, a TV, and a desk with a computer monitor and printer available for guest use. Southfork Retreat offers a spacious 2 car garage, making it easy to get out and explore the surrounding area year-round. There are also 2 desks complete with computer monitors and HDMI cords for those needing to plug in and work remotely. With four bedrooms in the main house and the additional bedroom in the above garage apartment this luxurious home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests: Primary Suite - Main Level King Bed The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor equipped with a king-sized bed that makes you feel at home. One of the few bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, the spacious shower and double sinks will spoil you. With a sliding glass door leading to an exterior patio, you can step outside to get some fresh air and take in the stunning views. Bedroom 2 - Main Level Queen Bed This charming second bedroom has a queen bed ideal for relaxing and recharging after a long day. You’ll have to take turns with a shared bathroom, but the sizable combination shower bathtub and fully functional sink will make up for it. Bedroom 3 - Main Level Twin-Queen Bunk The third bedroom is simply decorated with a twin-queen bunk to get a good night’s rest on. The shared bathroom is sizable with shower-over-tub and sink. Bedroom 4 - Upper Level King Bed This bedroom is a spacious, top-floor room with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink. This beautiful room is situated next to a second living area and boasts plenty of natural light through large windows. Instead of relaxing alone in your room, enjoy the sectional couch or armchair as you watch a movie on the flat-screen television. Bedroom 5 - Secondary Suite Above Garage Queen Bed This ADU suite above the garage conveniently has its own private entry and door. This lovely bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower-over-tub. This space also has its own kitchenette, second washer and dryer, and Smart TV. Complete with a full-sized sleeper sofa. *Please be advised, this home does not have air conditioning.
