A wide driveway with swaying palm trees provides access to garage parking for 2 vehicles. A third garage houses a 6-seater golf cart. The home’s welcoming entryway includes access to all 3 garages and a bathroom with a shower so guests can comfortably change out of wet swimsuits when returning from the beach.
The Gulf views from the second floor’s open living and dining area are absolutely breathtaking. A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows fills the space with views of the beach and a beautiful pool. Hardwood floors, a color palette of soothing gray, shell white, and touches of midnight blue complement the ever-changing colors of the Gulf. A guest bedroom with a queen bed, Gulf views, and a shared bathroom with a shower are down the hall, away from the activity. A comfortable wrap-around sofa and 2 armchairs face a 65” Smart TV in the living area, and a long dining table seats 10. The adjacent kitchen has a spacious walk-in pantry, raised bar that seats 2, lovely marble countertops, and premium appliances that include a 6-burner gas range, built-in microwave drawer, stand-alone ice maker, and a wine cooler. 2 doors open from either side of the living area to an enormous pool deck. Comfortable chaise lounge chairs surround the pool, which can be heated. A gas fire table and an outdoor dining table are excellent spots to enjoy a cocktail or an evening meal cooked on the outdoor gas grill.
A primary bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms are on the third floor. A guest bedroom with a king bed and a 55” TV has gorgeous Gulf views and access to a balcony. This guest bedroom shares a powder area and a bathroom with a shower with the second guest bedroom, which also has a king bed. About the area
The Florida Panhandle, with its sugar-white beaches and emerald green waters, offers a slice of coastal paradise that is hard to resist. Stretching from Pensacola to Apalachicola, this region boasts some of the most beautiful shorelines in the United States, making it a haven for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts alike.
Destin, often referred to as the "world's luckiest fishing village," is a prime spot for anglers and those who enjoy fresh seafood. The city's fishing fleet is one of the largest in Florida, and the annual Destin Fishing Rodeo draws competitors from all over. For families, the Destin Harbor Boardwalk is a hub of activity with restaurants, shops, and attractions like zip lines and dolphin cruises.
The Panhandle is also home to several state parks and natural preserves, such as St. Andrews State Park in Panama City Beach, where visitors can hike, snorkel, and spot wildlife. The nearby Gulf Islands National Seashore offers pristine beaches, historic forts, and nature trails.
For a dose of culture and history, the capital city of Tallahassee provides a wealth of museums, art galleries, and historic sites, including the Florida State Capitol building and the Museum of Florida History. The city's canopy roads, draped with Spanish moss, offer a picturesque drive through old Florida landscapes.
Pensacola, the westernmost city in the Panhandle, is rich in history with its Historic Pensacola Village and the Pensacola Naval Air Station, home to the famous Blue Angels flight demonstration team. The National Naval Aviation Museum is a must-visit for aviation enthusiasts.
The Panhandle's smaller beach communities, such as Seaside and Rosemary Beach, are known for their New Urbanism design, offering charming town centers, outdoor events, and family-friendly atmospheres. These communities often feature outdoor concerts, farmers' markets, and film festivals, providing entertainment beyond the beach.
For those seeking a more secluded experience, the Forgotten Coast near Apalachicola offers a quieter, more laid-back vibe. Here, visitors can explore the unspoiled beaches of St. George Island, taste world-famous Apalachicola oysters, and discover the charm of small coastal towns.
Whether it's lounging on the beach, exploring the great outdoors, or delving into the region's history and culture, the Florida Panhandle caters to a diverse array of interests, making it a compelling destination for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.
