This stunning oceanfront apartment in Bloubergstrand offers a luxurious
and spacious retreat with a capacity for 6 guests. The accommodation
includes three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized extra
long bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet, the second
bedroom has a queen extra long bed, and the third bedroom has two
single extra long beds. There are two bathrooms in total, with the
second bathroom offering a shower, bath, and toilet for shared use.

The apartment boasts a comfortable open space lounge and dining area
with breathtaking sea views creating a family-friendly environment. The
lounge is fitted with a TV for in-room entertainment, complemented with
internet access. For those who prefer to stay in, the fully equipped
kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster,
coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher as well as a washing machine and a
tumble dryer.
For parking the unit has a designated single garage with a
remote-controlled door close to the main entrance. The separate vehicle
and pedestrian gates are token controlled and provide access to the
main building and the secure general parking area ensuring a safe and
convenient stay. The complex is equipped with elevators whilst the
manager’s office at the front entrance is manned during working hours.
