Spread over 3 floors, the apartment is set within an elegant rustic farmhouse with an internal courtyard. It features 1 bedroom and accommodates up to 2 guests.
Completely renovated in 2025, this historic home blends charming architectural features and stunning frescoes – dating back to 1720–1760 – with refined modern furnishings and contemporary comfort.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance through a lovely furnished terrace that leads directly into the stylish kitchen.
The first floor features a cosy living room with sofas, TV, and a bookshelf – the perfect space to relax.
On the second and top floor (attic level), you’ll find the romantic double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet with handheld bidet, and sink.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your Lake Garda holiday and includes a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
The small but charming furnished terrace on the ground floor lets you enjoy warm summer evenings at Lake Garda.
A lovely private garden is also available just a few steps from the house, at the far end of the courtyard.
This historic building boasts over 300 years of heritage, with distinctive architecture and original frescoes from the 18th century.

Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by Property Manager and at a variable additional cost.
In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests’ departure, charges for restoring the apartment’s integrity will be applied.
Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed.
The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card.
The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will incur an additional charge based on the extent of extra labor hours required.
