- While the property does offer a private boat slip at the dock, a boat lift is not available on-site. To launch your boat, you can use the community boat launch for a one-time fee of $25, or use nearby public boat ramps in the area
- Boat parking is available at the community marina for an additional fee. If you wish to park your boat outside the resort instead (about 3-5 minutes away), you can park your boat at the designated storage area by reaching out to them directly
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located near the front door facing the front outdoor entry, 1 camera is located on the patio facing the patio/yard area, and 1 camera is located near the back door facing the back porch. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras display a live video/audio feed and record video and sound when activated by motion
