We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you’ve never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. - Please note: The unit comes with access to one parking spot in the lot behind the building at 121 State Street. Parking spots are not assigned and are first come, serve. If you would like to utilize the available parking space, you must register your vehicle information with the property management team prior to your arrival. NOTE: the parking will not be available for free prior to your stay or after your checkout.
- Additionally, there are public paid Electric Vehicle chargers throughout downtown Knoxville, and there is not a free one available at the property. We recommend searching for close-by charging stations, at 378 S Central St, Knoxville, TN 37902..
