CHAMBERLANDS HOA:
Chamberlands is one of the most premier subdivisions at Lake Tahoe. It offers a private beach and swimming pool staffed by the Chambers Lifeguard Team. Transportation is made easy by catching a ride on the blue Chambers bus which picks up all residents outside of their cabins for a ride to and from the beach every 1/2 hour (weekends only). When the snow starts to fall you are in the perfect location being just minutes away from Homewood Mountain Resort, featuring 2,000 skiable acres. With Ellis Peak sheltering the entire mountain from the high ridge winds no need to worry about “wind hold” at this mountain when everyone else is. Ever wanted to ride in a snowcat and get fresh tracks in the backcountry? Homewood Snowcat Adventures will get you access to 750 acres of train on the flanks of Ellis Peak, above the resort’s traditional ski area boundary with a licensed guide!
