The apartment is managed by a professional company based in Antibes which will be in charge of welcoming you and helping you throughout your stay.
Arrivals are made between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please give us a precise arrival time no later than the day before your arrival so that someone can come on site to give you the keys and show you the accommodation.

Departures are at 10 a.m. Please contact our team if you wish to leave before or after.
Neighbourhood
This apartment is located in the famous district of Antibes called "Albert 1er" in rue Gaston Bourgeois. Known for its fine sandy beaches and its superb seaside atmosphere, Ponteil and Salis beaches are the last beaches in Antibes before entering Cap d’Antibes. It is one of the most famous beaches in Antibes and it attracts many holiday travelers in summer.
Transit
To get to this beach from Antibes town centre, take Avenue Albert 1er and go down to the sea. The apartment is located at Square Albert 1er.
Everything is accessible on foot, you just have to stroll through the alleys and enjoy the proximity of the shops.

Notes
Household linen is included in the reservation. A linen kit will be provided per bed depending on the number of travelers on your arrival (a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel and a bath mat for the bathroom, a tea towel, dish soap with a sponge, two rolls of toilet paper).
End of stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to agree on a quote for this additional service.
Beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, products for the machines (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
