Outdoor smoking is allowed but must be done away from the house and disposed of responsibly. ➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Property Manager’ rental agreement prior to check-in. ➡️ Boat Docking Not Allowed – Guests are welcome to dock boats at the property’s private dock during the day only but not allowed to park overnight ➡️ Use Amenities at Your Own Risk – The fire pit, hot tub, theater room, and game room are available for guest use but must be used responsibly and at your own risk. ➡️ Railroad Crossing – To access the property, you must cross active railroad tracks. There are no gates or flashing lights, and trains may pass at any time.
