Located in the Marigny Triangle, steps to Frenchmen St. & the French Quarter; Washington Park across the street. Private master suite and living area with a sofa sleeper. Private dressing area. Enjoy live music all along Frenchman Street just steps away! A brisk walk has you right in the middle of the French Quarter to enjoy!
After entering our private patio proceed up the exterior flight of stairs to access your private apartment. Located on the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with a king sized master suite and a queen sofa sleeper in living area. Located in Marigny Triangle. Over looking Washington Square Park. 5 minute walk to the French Market, the Mississippi River, Esplanade Ave. and the St. Claude streetcar. Walk or bike to anything! Shared courtyard. This is the best location for a unique New Orleans experience!
Guests have sole access to this apartment. The stairwell and patio are shared with other tenants on the property.
There is NO balcony access due to insurance purposes.

Perfect area for guests who enjoy music and art in an area with a storied history. For relaxing nights with good food, wine and music, you don’t need to leave the Marigny/Bywater area. Great food options like Adolfo’s or The Italian Barrel are within two to three blocks. Faubourg Wines and Grande Krewe are easily accessible, especially by bike. Frenchman St. is around the corner with live music and food. Art galleries, retail shops, French Market, music venues, coffee shops and art markets are within walking distance.
Artists are likely unable to find a neighborhood with better proximity to some of the best artistic options that New Orleans has to offer. Looking to discover new music? Frenchmen Street offers many venues which showcase local bands, with all music genres.
Uber/Lyft, taxi, walking or biking are easiest for those who did not bring their own car.
