As you arrive at the property, a short staircase leads you down to the main entrance. Please note that, throughout the garden and pool area, there are several steps, adding charm but also making the house less suitable for those with limited mobility.
Entering through the front door, you’ll immediately feel the spaciousness and natural light. On the right, you’ll find the bright and inviting living and dining area, both with direct access to a sunny outdoor balcony – perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitifs. Towards the back of this open-plan space, the fully equipped kitchen awaits, along with a convenient guest toilet just next door.
From the entrance hall, a staircase leads down to the lower floor where all three bedrooms are located. Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom and individual air conditioning unit for your comfort. These rooms open directly onto the lush garden and pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
Outside, the villa truly shines with a well-maintained garden, a sun-drenched (heated) private pool, and a barbecue area – ideal for long summer afternoons and al fresco dining.

Neighborhood
Our villa is located in Budens, a small village near Lagos that is very popular with golfers, families, surfers, and nature lovers.
There is a variety of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy both local and international cuisine. We highly recommend trying the fresh fish and seafood dishes, a specialty of the region! A supermarket is just minutes away by car and can also be reached on foot. Salema Beach is a quick 5-minute drive, while other beautiful beaches like Burgau and Praia da Luz are also close by. Whether you want to relax on golden sands, surf the waves, or enjoy scenic hikes in nature, Budens is the perfect place.
If you are looking for a livelier atmosphere, the vibrant city of Lagos is only 15 minutes away. Heading west, you will find Vila do Bispo and Sagres, both offering a variety of restaurants, bars, and stunning beaches.
Transit
Budens is easily accessible by car, with Faro Airport just over an hour’s drive away. Car rentals are available at the airport, making travel flexible and convenient. For those arriving by train, the journey takes about 4 to 5 hours, with the final stop in Lagos. From there, you can take a bus or taxi to Budens.
While public transport is safe and available, it is somewhat limited in this region. To fully explore the area, a rental car is highly recommended. Fortunately, parking is free and plentiful throughout the region.
