Welcome to your ideal holiday home in the charming town of Altura! This spacious 4-bedroom townhouse provides the perfect setting for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and comfort.
Upon arrival, you’ll enter through a secure gated entrance. Stepping through the front door, you enter a bright hallway. On your right, you’ll find the inviting living room, complete with a comfortable seating area, dining table, and a television. Please note the fireplace is decorative and not in use. Adjacent to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare meals with ease.
Continuing along the hallway on the ground floor, you’ll discover a bedroom featuring a double bed and a practical office space with a desk, ideal for guests needing to combine relaxation with a bit of work. Conveniently situated next to this bedroom is a spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
From the hallway, stairs lead you up to the first floor, where you’ll find three more beautifully appointed bedrooms and two additional bathrooms—one ensuite—all complete with showers and toilets. The first floor also provides access to balconies, both facing southeast, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or soaking up the afternoon sun. Outside, there is a BBQ space, perfect for enjoying warm evenings outdoors. The house faces southeast, ensuring plenty of sunshine throughout the day.
Each room, including the kitchen and living area, is fitted with ceiling fans to keep you comfortable during your stay.
This house is perfectly located, just a pleasant 10-minute stroll from the vibrant city centre and an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful beach.

Altura is a charming, peaceful village located in the heart of the Algarve, perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway. Just a 20-minute drive from Tavira and 15 minutes to Spain, this small village offers easy access to both local attractions and neighboring countries.
There is a beautiful coastline of unspoilt beaches within a short drive, which are crossed by the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve, considered to be one of the seven natural wonders of the Algarve. The Praia de Tavira is the region’s finest and most popular beach, which is connected to Tavira by a regular and inexpensive ferry, which departs from the city centre (10-minute walk from the house) and also from Quatro-Aguas. The Island is 11Km long and is thought to be one of the best beaches in the Algarve Region. Many companies offer boat tours, including kayaking and paddleboarding.
Transit
There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended
