The pet fee is $250 per pet per week, service animals stay for free. Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. The pool can be heated for a fee of $250 per week plus taxes and applicable credit card processing fees; (prorated for longer stays). Please note the AC is locked to prevent equipment damage. It cannot be turned to less than 71 degrees, which should still provide plenty of comfort for guests. Luna Light now has cameras installed on the exterior of the property.
