Entering the home, you will notice the spacious open floor plan that leads you to the kitchen. Your kitchen comes fully stocked with all extra amenities you could need while on vacation. It has also been recently updated with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy relaxing on the counter bar space off the kitchen. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a quick bite to eat or relax with a morning cup of coffee. Also located off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 people and a dining room table overlooking the living area. Into the living room, you will notice an abundant amount of space and seating to enjoy while spending your afternoons with family or friends. No need to worry about missing any of your favorite shows, this home offers cable and wifi for your benefit. Off the living room, your gorgeous patio awaits. River Strand Gulf & Country Club River Strand is known for its 27-hole championship golf course designed by Arthur Hills, along with its luxurious clubhouse, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and on-site dining options—making every day feel like a vacation.
