Welcome to The River’s End! Professionally managed by Property Manager. This stunning first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront condo boasts views of the canals throughout the property. Situated in the lovely community of Venetian Isles, you are bound to find endless activities and adventures!
At the end of the road, you are greeted by a roundabout, surrounded by well-manicured landscaping. The condo building sits on the edge of the canal. As you enter your home away from home, you are greeted by an open and airy floor plan. The living room has two large plush leather couches and a dining table that can accommodate four comfortably. Enjoy the breath-taking views of the canal from the living room, or step out through the sliding glass doors, which lead to your outdoor oasis with outdoor seating that can accommodate up to four comfortably.
The fully-stocked kitchen has newly updated granite countertops and plenty of counter space to prepare your family’s favorite treats! Adjacent to the kitchen, you will make your way down the hall to the bedrooms.
At the end of the hall, you will find the master bedroom to the right. This bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a 42” Smart TV, and plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. Enjoy your private patio, where you have breath-taking views of the canal. The master bathroom is a true oasis, with a large vanity and an enormous walk-in shower. Adjacent, you will find the second bedroom. This room boasts two twin-sized beds, a 28” Smart TV, and plenty of closet space for your belongings. Next to the guest bedroom, you will find the main bathroom. This bathroom has a gorgeous updated vanity with a lovely shower/tub combo.

This lovely area is within biking distance from the home, where you will find beautiful pathways and nature trails to bike through. The house is approximately 15 minutes away from the world-renowned Juno Beach. If you are looking for a day adventure, head out to Port Charlotte Beach Park! The beach complex boasts a boardwalk, tennis court, horseshoe pitch, fishing pier, picnic shelters, grills, a swimming pool, and much more!
