Welcome to The Sand Dune! Professionally managed by Property Manager. This ocean-themed second-story 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in the well-established community of The Sentinel.
The community of The Sentinel is pristine; from the lush landscaping to the close proximity to the renowned Caspersen Beach Park, you will never want to leave. Known as Shark’s Tooth Capital of the World, the Gulf waters at Caspersen Beach has converging currents that deposit all sorts of sediments for you to hunt and find treasures!
Upon entering your home away from home, you will find a gorgeous open and airy floor plan. To the right, you will find the dining room, which can accommodate up to four comfortably. Adjacent, you will find the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space for you to prepare your family’s favorite treats! There are two additional bar stools, that can be a great place for you to set up your remote office! The living room will be your family’s go-to spot to unwind after a long day of adventure. There are two large plush couches, a lovely day chair, and a 50” TV.
As you make your way down the hall, you will find the main bathroom. This bathroom has a gorgeous shower/tub combo along with a detachable showerhead! Adjacent is the costal inspired guest bedroom, which boasts a queen-size bed, a 32" ROKU Smart TV, and plenty of closet space for your personal belongings.
Your master oasis awaits you! This room boasts a queen-size bed, a gorgeous armoire, and a large paned window, which allows the natural Florida sunshine to beam through. Attached is the master bathroom, which has a gorgeous all-white vanity and a large walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead.
The Sand Dune is the perfect vacation home to make memories with your family that will last a lifetime. Only three miles from Caspersen Beach Park and only five miles from the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, you can adventure all around the Gulf Coast of Florida!
Choose from endless dining destinations or shop to your heart’s content in the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost amid the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local fauna, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles.
