Welcome to Seabird Villa! Professionally managed by Property Manager. Located in Gran Paradiso, this stunning lakefront villa features 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, offering ample space and comfort. An inviting office/den with a pull-out queen-size couch provides flexibility for guests or your very own private workspace.
Gran Paradiso is resort-style living at its finest and a true Floridian escape. The clubhouse has a library, board room, card room, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a sauna. Enjoy the resort-style pool or walk/bike the lovely nature trails surrounding the community. Grab your rackets, as there are several tennis courts and pickle-ball courts within the community.
It is conveniently located near CoolToday Park -the spring training home of the Atlanta Braves of Major League Baseball and 9 miles from the Historic Downtown Venice.
The kitchen is modern and upgraded, equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and stylish finishes. The living room boasts a coastal feel, creating a bright and airy ambiance perfect for relaxation complete with a streaming TV. Enjoy the tranquil lake views, through the sliding glass doors with outdoor dining table, along with two Adirondack chairs for you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee over looking the lake.
The primary bedroom offers pure serenity with access to the outdoor patio. There is a queen-size bed, and plenty of closet space. Attached is the primary bathroom that is space inspired, with a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and offers a chic decor, with ample space to kick back and relax. The second bathroom has a gorgeous vanity with a shower/tub combo. The den offers such a versatile space, with a desk for you to set up your remote office, along with a queen-size pull out couch for family and friends.

Please note: Once the reservation has been made, we will send you instructions that require you to complete an additional $500 non-refundable Homeowners Association application, which will request personal information through the Grand Paradiso portal.
There is an additional $40 per guest fee for a Car Pass, and Amenity ID upon arrival per the HOA.
Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.
