As you make your way to the second level, you are welcomed by an open and airy floor plan. To the right of the staircase is the main large living room that boasts a large plush shape sofa, a cozy swivel day chair, and a 65 Smart TV. Next to the living room is the immaculate dining room, which brings a beautiful coastal element. The dining table can accommodate up to six comfortably. The living room and dining room share a beautiful balcony with views of the pool and all the lush landscaping surrounding this home. There is outdoor seating that can accommodate up to four comfortably. Adjacent to the dining room, you will find the state-of-the-art kitchen where you can prepare all your favorite meals. As you make your way down the hall from you will find the first two bedrooms. The first bedroom has been designed for the kid at heart, and includes three queen-size beds, a 55 Smart TV, and attached private bath. Next door you will find the second bedroom. This room boasts a queen-size bed, a 55 Smart TV, a private bathroom, and balcony. As you head to the top floor, you will find the master suite, which boasts a king-size bed, a 65 Smart TV, and a private deck with seating for two overlooking the pool. This master bathroom is truly one of a kind and includes two separate vanities, an enormous soaking tub, and a walk-in shower! Ready to head outside to your very own tropical oasis? This home has a large outdoor patio space. There is plenty of space for entertaining at the outside dining table that can accommodate up to six comfortably. There is also a large outdoor couch that can seat up to six comfortably. Rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading into the house! Enjoy the provided beach and pool essentials, which include beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach floats, and pool floats.
