Please be aware that air conditioning is not provided.</p><p>
There are two spaces for dining with a table and chair arrangement or at the breakfast bar. The stylish kitchen boasts granite countertops, wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances and is open to the main living area.</p><p>
The master bedroom has queen-sized bed along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, accommodating a total of 4 guests; it also features a flat screen TV, an en-suite full bathroom and access to the private deck</p><p></p>
Additional amenities on property for guests to use will be a designated ski locker, common area laundry and 1 reserved parking spot in the car port and additional outdoor parking in the main building parking areas. <p>
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.</p><p>
