Fully furnished with polished timber floors, it offers three spacious bedrooms – master and second with queen beds, third with two singles – plus a sunken bath ideal for young children.
The open-plan living space features a cosy wood heater for winter and split-system A/C for summer. The timber kitchen flows to a covered deck and secure garden, perfect for outdoor meals, play, or relaxing in the sun.
Set on a large, level allotment in a quiet street, Hilltop Cottage is your gateway to the beach, rock pools, and a relaxed coastal lifestyle. Short breaks or long stays – everyone in the family will love calling this retreat home.
Luxury Inclusions: Kinara wood fire, Sony stereo system, TV Apps (Netflix, Prime and Stan), Reverse cycle cooling/heating in dining/living room, washing machine and dryer, Gas BBQ, 2 x sunlounges.
Bedroom Configuration: Sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 beds (maximum 6 guests). Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay.
Spare blankets are provided. Portacot and high chair available on request when booking.

i. This property is the perfect venue for families and friends, couples, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
ii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iii. This property is not pet friendly.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Property Manager requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us. We thank you for your understanding.
A security deposit of $1000 is required to be held by the Property Manager prior to Arrival.
