Ideally located on a quiet residential street across from a city park, but with easy access to downtown Charlottesville and UVA, this charming and well-cared for 3-bedroom cottage will be the perfect home base during your time in Charlottesville. The expansive backyard provides a relaxing respite from a busy day, while the walkable location affords you the chance to explore the city on foot. Wonderful memories await you here on Chesapeake Street!

Walk in the front door and you’ll find yourself in the living room, dining area and kitchen. Beyond that you will find the first two bedrooms, and then the full bathroom, third bedroom/den, and spacious laundry room/flex space. The spacious backyard awaits you outside, with a storage shed and off-street parking!
You will have access to the whole house and storage shed as well!
