With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this cabin was designed for families and friends to spread out in style while staying connected through incredible shared spaces. Step inside and take in sweeping mountain views and an open floor plan that’s perfect for gathering. The chef’s kitchen features a luxury kitchen, a spacious dining table for 10, plus 2 seats at the bar. Just outside, fire up the oversized gas grill with built-in mini fridge, then gather on the deck for unforgettable meals in the fresh mountain air. The fun continues downstairs in a full game room with full-sized arcade games, a poker table, pool table, Infinity game table and a massive Smart TV. When it’s movie time, the private theater room awaits with plush recliners, a 98" screen, and surround sound. No mountain getaway is complete without water and fire—take a dip in the heated indoor pool, relax in the sauna, unwind in the backyard swim spa, practice your short game on the putting green, or share stories around the fire pit as the stars come out. At Boone’s Summit, every detail is designed to bring people together and create lasting memories in the Smokies. 🛌 SLEEPING: * Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Spacious master bedroom with an attached ensuite. The bathroom includes a tile shower and a separate soaker tub along with double vanities and plenty of closet space. The bedroom has also access to the back deck. * Bedrooms #2, #3 and #4 (Upper Level): Luxury living with spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom Bedrooms #2 and #4 each have private balconies with outside seating overlooking the backyard and incredible mountain views. * Bedroom #5 (Lower Level): Welcome to the Bunk Room! This spacious bedroom features two sets of twin-over-queen bunk beds, accommodating up to 6 people. The perfect spot for a kids/teen room, the bunk room also includes direct access to the back yard and is connected to the game room. There is plenty of storage and an attached full bathroom. 🍽️ EATING: Savor the state-of-the-art luxury kitchen complete with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, and a comprehensive suite of appliances - a dream for any aspiring chef. Equipped with cookware, glassware, plates, and silverware. The kitchen features a spacious island and an adjacent dining table accommodating 10 guests. We can be reached via OTA messenger. * Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. * Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. * There is a strict no-smoking policy. * There is a strict no-pet policy. * We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items. * The indoor pool temperature is set to between 80-84 degrees. * We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information! ** This property has exterior security cameras facing the front door/main entrance and backyard fence-line. * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, Wi-Fi outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
