Full of character and comfort, this is a true Aussie beach getaway where you can park the boat onsite and keep an eye out for resident kangaroos. *Location* Take your pick from 2 gorgeous beaches, each just 650m from your door. Kioloa Beach is ideal for families, fishing and kayaking and has a boat ramp at its southern end. Merry Beach is also popular with families and offers great coastal walks and rocky areas to explore. Head to the northern end for stunning views of the O’Hara Headland. The Merry Beach hamlet is a peaceful coastal area with mostly holiday homes, so it is perfect for a quiet getaway. *Living and Entertainment Space* Soak up the retro, laidback vibe of this classic beach cottage. Spend your days enjoying the great outdoors - relax on the fantastic covered deck with its newly installed shade sail and fire up the Weber BBQ to cook up some freshly caught fish or snags. The large front yard has plenty of space for kids to run around or to park the cars and boat. Inside, the quirky surf theme continues in the light-filled, cosy living space. The open plan layout features a sitting area with TV, a 4-seater dining table and a compact kitchenette with a small benchtop oven and grill. A coffee pod machine and tea are supplied. There is also a bright sunroom to sit and relax with a book or your favourite drink. *Bedrooms and Bathrooms* The house comfortably accommodates 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
