This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over queen bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features two private balconies and a private laundry. Granite countertops in the kitchen and radiant floor heating. Just a few minutes walk to the Snowflake lift or to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. You can also grab a bus with a stop conveniently located on either side of Four O’clock Road. Pine Ridge amenities include two hot tubs. This vacation rental comes with one dedicated parking spot, that is the only parking that is guaranteed.
This second floor walk-up has an entryway with mounted hooks, a closet, and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The spacious living area features ample furniture, a large flat screen TV, hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace. The sofa pulls out into a bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just through out the door where you can enjoy the alpine air.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is near the living area. It features a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a sitting area. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV.
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.
