Public transport just a stone\’s throw away; Historic district 200m away...You can do everything on foot, museums, restaurants, churches..!
If you like industrial and functional decor, the Small Factory is made for you! Each space has been designed \’essential\’ to move easily in the studio, with several people without too much interference.
Access to the accommodation is via a typical staircase of a building in the city centre of Lyon dating from the 18th century (a bit steep and not very wide)
In terms of sleeping: The main bed is a large 160cm bed with a 21cm mattress on a slatted base.
The secondary sleeping accommodation is a 140cm foam sofa bed.
Your comfort during the stay being my priority, I want the apartment to be perfectly prepared to welcome you in the best possible way. As part of the cleaning fees you pay, there is of course the cleaning and complete preparation of the apartment but we also provide you with all the hotel quality laundry (bedding already set up for each bed and available for the sofa bed, bath towel, bath mat and kitchen towel...) as well as a welcome kit for the first night/first morning including shower gel, soap, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee capsules.
