Space SEVU Villa No. 4, completed in 2025, showcases fresh, contemporary design and stylish comfort tailored to leave a lasting impression. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a refreshing private pool right at the front entrance, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. Step into the fully enclosed living area, where air conditioning provides a cool sanctuary from Bali’s tropical heat. The space is tastefully styled with modern finishes, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. Just beside the living room is the first bedroom, a cozy hideaway featuring an ensuite bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Nearby, the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to whip up your favorite meals, from a light breakfast to an elegant dinner. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms that share a sleek and well-appointed bathroom. From the third bedroom, a private staircase leads you straight to the rooftop, where a bubbling jacuzzi awaits. With no heating system needed, it’s ideal for enjoying Bali’s naturally warm evenings, whether you’re admiring panoramic ocean views or catching a magical sunset. To enhance your stay, regular cleaning is provided, and our concierge is just a message or call away should you need any assistance. Please note that while scooter parking is easy, space for cars is limited, so if you plan to bring one, just let me know ahead of time so I can check availability and make the necessary arrangements. Please note that SEVU Villas are located in a newly developed area of Pantai Mengening. As the neighborhood continues to grow, some construction may still be ongoing. While the noise is generally minimal when you’re inside the villa with all doors closed, there could be occasional disruptions. I just wanted to be upfront about this. My team and I are always available to help in any way we can to minimize any inconvenience. Access You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy. Neighbourhood SEVU Villas is a newly developed villa complex located in the emerging area of Pantai Mengening, just 1.9 km from the beach’s relaxed sunset spot where several bars and local eateries can be found. The villas are situated 9 km from Canggu, with its lively cafés and nightlife, and 8 km from the iconic Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most famous cultural landmarks.
