Please note the area is lively and can be noisy at times. Uber is reliable and affordable in the area, making it easy to explore without a car. Should you choose to drive, gated driveway parking is available, as well as street parking. Our concierge can help arrange private transportation services. This home is equipped with Minut Noise sensors. Quiet hours (outdoors) are from 9PM to 9AM. Also included smoke detectors thought the home and fire extinguishers in kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification by third party, TRUVI. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($500 with a processing fee of $15) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver ($35). We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
