This 180m² modern home was completed in 2019 and offers a well-designed layout across two floors. The three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests comfortably: the master bedroom has an adjustable Tempur double bed, while the two smaller rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements including a sofa bed and single beds, ideal for families with children. The main living area features a large sectional sofa, fireplace, and a wide-screen TV with a sound system, creating a relaxed setting for evenings in. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances including an espresso machine, wine fridge, and induction hob. A spacious dining table sits by the windows, and there’s direct access to the terrace for summer meals outdoors. Highlights of the property include a private electric sauna and a large outdoor jacuzzi, available year-round. Within the grounds, guests can enjoy the outdoor seating area, barbecue, and occasional use of two electric scooters.
