Florence is a modern ground floor flat, close to Boscombe Pier and local cafes/restaurants. With one double bed, the property sleeps a maximum of two people and is just half a mile from the beach. It also benefits from a Juliette balcony and parking on a first come, first served basis.
The Space:
The hallway leads to an open plan kitchen, and living area, which is kept bright and airy by the large window arrangement. The kitchen is equipped with an integrated oven/hob and fridge freezer. These are complimented by a free-standing washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine which are available for use during your stay. The living area completes the room and has a two seater sofa, chair, coffee table and smart TV
The hallway also leads to the bedroom (double bed) with wardrobe space, dressing table/workspace and ensuite, which is fitted with a walk in shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.
Parking – Off road space for one car on a first come, first served basis
Services – Duvets and linens provided (beach towels not included).
Technology – Free WiFi available
Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. No pets. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am. Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and put out the night before collection, should your stay coincide with a collection day.
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
