Talbot House is a substantial house in Winton. With five bedrooms, the house sleeps up to 12 guests across two floors. It also benefits from a private garden and driveway parking for four cars.
N.B. The owner of this property resides in a conjoined annexe, so please remain respectful of the quiet hours and house rules.
The Space:
The ground floor of the property contains the sitting room with a three seater sofa and two armchairs, adjoining dining room with space for 10 guests, and is separated from the conservatory by patio doors.
A galley style kitchen is situated at the rear of the property, overlooking the garden and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The adjacent utility room has a washing machine for your convenience during your stay.
A games room, a WC and bedroom five with twin* beds completes the downstairs of the property.
The stairs to the first floor lead to bedroom one (super-king + en-suite), two (super-king* bed), three (triple room - twin* beds + single) and four (triple room – super-king* bed + single). A shared bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, sink and towel rail) and balcony are also available on this level.
*these beds are “Zip’n’link”, meaning that they can be made up as either king size or twin beds upon request. The orientation listed is the property’s default set up, so please let us know at the time of booking if you require the alternative set up.

Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. No pets upstairs or on furniture. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am. Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and put out the night before collection, should your stay coincide with a collection day (you can find this information in the property welcome pack).
