Leaside house is a three bedroom house in North Southampton, close to the local Swaythling Train Station, and 1.6 miles from Southampton Airport Parkway Station and Southampton Airport. With three varying bedrooms, the property sleeps a maximum of five guests, has private outdoor space and parking for one car.
The Space:
The ground floor of the property comprises of a fully equipped, open plan kitchen/dining area with a freestanding fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. Floor to ceiling windows behind the dining table make the most of natural light from the private garden, which can be accessed through the door in the hallway.
The sitting room on the opposing side of the property has a three piece matching seating set, made up of a three seater reclining sofa, arm chair and footrest. There is also a further dining table for four people, which could also be used as a workspace.
Stairs to the first floor lead to the three bedrooms, WC (toilet) and bathroom (bath with overhead electric shower, sink, towel rail). The master and second bedrooms each have super-king beds, which can be split into two singles, creating x2 twin rooms. Bedroom three has a set of single bunk beds, optimising the space available.
