There’s also a driveway behind the house that can fit one car. While two cars can sometimes fit with careful parking, we prefer to limit it to one to avoid any confusion or damage to the grass or neighboring areas. Plenty of street parking is also available nearby. - Coffee Maker (Regular Pot) -Propane (for grill use): 1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4. We DO NOT provide propane refills. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please message us before arrival with any severe allergies so we can confirm whether accommodations are possible. -To allow us the opportunity to assist promptly, we kindly ask that any issues or concerns at the property be reported during your stay whenever possible. Issues reported after check-out may not be entertained. -Please note that during the summer months, non-venomous black snakes may occasionally be present around the property due to the natural environment. While they are generally harmless, we would like to make you aware for your comfort and safety. We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You’ll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.
