Please be sure to cover when not in use. -There are trails leading to a pond on the property. Please feel free to explore at *YOUR OWN RISK* - Coffee Maker (Regular & Keurig) -Propane (for grill use): 1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4. We DO NOT provide propane refills. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please message us before arrival with any severe allergies so we can confirm whether accommodations are possible. -To allow us the opportunity to assist promptly, we kindly ask that any issues or concerns at the property be reported during your stay whenever possible. Issues reported after check-out may not be entertained. -Please note that during the summer months, non-venomous black snakes may occasionally be present around the property due to the natural environment. While they are generally harmless, we would like to make you aware for your comfort and safety. -Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property. We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You’ll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.
