Come and make yourself at home in this cosy and welcoming apartment, beautifully decorated in an urban and friendly atmosphere, organized around a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and upholstered armchair, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one fitted with a 160 cm double bed and storage space, the other with a 2-person sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, and a separate WC. Warm, coordinated furnishings. Located on the 4th floor, without elevator, enter the living room through 3 small steps and enjoy a breathtaking view of Bordeaux’s rooftops. Reversible air-conditioning. A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair. DEPOSIT As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €350 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €4.50 applies. The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition. EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time. Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges. To park your car, street parking is free only between 7 pm and 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays. The flat does not have a car park, the public car park "Clémenceau-Auditorium" is located 50 meters from the flat. One day’s parking will cost you €22.
