This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-story townhome comfortably sleeps 8 guests across a king-sized bed, two queen-sized beds, and a twin-sized bed with an additional twin trundle. It boasts a private one-car garage, an updated full-size kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Tastefully adorned with mountain-style decorations, it’s the ideal setting for your alpine escape! Enjoy the beautiful treed views and glimpses of the mountains from the two outdoor patio spaces. Plus, with the resort shuttle picking up just beyond the parking area, you’re minutes from the lifts, shopping, restaurants, and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including a centrally located oversized hot tub and access to the Dakota Lodge pool/hot tub and other amenities.
With entry through either the garage or front door, the large mudroom has mounted hooks, two benches, and plenty of additional storage for easy unloading. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, providing stunning forest views and abundant natural light. The Vaulted ceilings also lend a spacious feel to the living area. Spread out across the inviting furniture, offering plenty of seating to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and watch the snow fall during Winter. Or fire up the large flat-screen TV to enjoy a family movie night in the same space. Just off the living area is access to the main patio offering outdoor seating and breathtaking high alpine views.
The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances, tiled countertops, and all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. There are plenty of seating options for those home-cooked meals, the dining area features a wood table that can seat eight with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Also on the main level is the first guest bedroom, which features a twin-sized bed with an additional twin trundle, a dedicated workspace, private access to the lower-level guest bathroom, and its own patio space. The lower-level guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a second entrance for the main-level guests to use. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
Upstairs, guests will find three more bedrooms, including the primary suite. The primary suite features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and windows offering great natural light. The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity, tiled countertops, a jetted tub, and a separate shower with a glass enclosure. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a day bed, and private access to the shared upper-level guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom is next door and also has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding. The upstairs guest bathroom has a double sink tiled countertop vanity and a shower and bathtub combination.
