For exploring further, scooter, car, and bicycle rentals can be arranged through your host. • Electricity is excluded from the rental rate and will be charged at THB 7 per unit. On some booking channels, electricity charges may already be added to the booking; if not included, the charge will be collected on-site. • Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at THB 1,500 per session. • Fresh linen is provided once after every 7 nights; extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge. • A refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) is required at check-in for stays of less than 7 days. For longer stays, or depending on the booking channel, the deposit amount may vary. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or loss occurs. • The base rate covers up to 6 guests with the standard bed setup.
