No Pets allowed. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. *coin operated laundry facilities available on-site in the event the washer and/or dryer need servicing Smoking is PROHIBITED (including e-cigs/vaping) inside the condo as well as on the outdoor lanai, no exceptions!
