This unit also boasts gorgeous hardwood floors, crown molding, plantation shutters, remodeled bathrooms, all new furniture throughout, updated galley kitchen with compact oven and most importantly peace and tranquility! This beauty was impeccably updated and furnished to perfection to provide you a truly convenient turnkey rental experience with all the necessary items & amenities needed to make you feel relaxed and right at home! Spanish Cay is a smaller complex with only 40 units and is located across the street and within steps to the sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. You can also access the bike paths right outside your front door and explore the miles of island wide paths to many local restaurants & shopping or ride up and tour through the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 twin beds (sleeps 4), 3 flat screen Smart TV’s (streaming only), WIFI available, heated shared community pool, in suite washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen outfitted with Wolf electric cooktop and Kitchen Aid convection/microwave and countertop ovens. No elevator access available. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Property Manager includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
