BATHROOMS There are 4 attached bathrooms and 3 common bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. The villa has a Jacuzzi and a bathtub LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room situated on the ground floor. Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, and sound system. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 25000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can accommodate up to 100 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space, a hammock and loungers. GYM There is a private gym situated on the lower ground floor. It is equipped with cardio and weightlifting equipment. ENTERTAINMENT ROOM/BAR There is a lovely entertainment-cum-bar room on the top floor with a sleek bar top and splendid views. POOL There is a private infinity pool. The pool is 12ft x 20ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - All-male groups are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 20,000. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the DG and inverter can provide backup. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - EV charging is available at the property - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit of Rs. 15000 may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
