Ensuite Bathroom. BATHROOMS There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA The living room is made of large windows that offer a 180-degree view of the surrounding orchards. Includes an AC, fireplace, Wi-Fi, a sound system, and a patio. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There’s a cosy 500 sq. ft. lawn, just the right size for a quick game, a sunny picnic, or some laid-back lounging under the sky. It also has a kids’ trampoline and an outdoor bar setup. ADD-ON SERVICES - Either a vegetarian or non-vegetarian lunch or dinner is available in-house at an additional cost. - Breakfast is complimentary. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for the first three hours. - An indoor fireplace is available at an additional charge of Rs. 700 per crate. - An al fresco dining setup can be arranged for an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night. - Guests can use the kitchen at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per day. - Kitchen services for ordering in are available at Rs. 1000 per day. - Bicycles can be rented at the property on prior request. - Nearby treks and trail expeditions can be arranged for the guests at an extra cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. A fine of Rs. 5,000 will be applicable for any violation. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support only the light and fans. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The host and caretaker stay on the premises of the same property and will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
